In April 2022 we were given a building of our own, and twenty-eight people came to the first service. Since then we have seen a steady stream of visitors, and many have found their way to conversion and healing. Please keep praying for this city and for the protection of our family.

God is touching people here. On the street we see young people in particular coming to faith. We pray specifically that we meet open people as we go out, and God keeps answering that prayer. The teams that visit from home are an enormous encouragement to us and to the church.

We were received well by the pastor who planted the work in Manila, and he has helped us find our feet. We are looking forward to what God will do here. It is a long way from home, but we believe He is building His church in this city too.

God keeps moving here. There is a constant flow of visitors and new believers. People who have recently come to faith become workers quickly, and men are developing fast in a culture of discipleship. We are contending for more marriages, more leaders, and a building of our own.

Since we arrived we have seen God at work, with many new people added to the church. Disciples and couples are standing up who give themselves to reaching others. As a church we have a heart for mission beyond our own town, and we support other congregations in that work.

Since January we have been in a new location, and we have spent a good deal of the year renovating it. We see visitors coming in, and people are step by step becoming more involved in building the church. It is a privilege to be part of what God is doing.

We see visitors regularly at our events. We have recently had a wedding and another is coming in the summer. People who come through our outreach keep coming back. We are working towards a broader foundation in the church and are believing God for it.
